The Insight Counselling and Therapy Centre is a charitable organization established in 2000 (charitable number 862820735RR0001). Insight is led by Executive Director Donna MArie Perry FCJ, CTA, PTSTA, MSc (TA Psych.), RSW, Executive Director, and assisted by Phil Hetherington, Advanced Trainee as a Clinical Transactional Analyst.
Vision: Our vision is for every person in Calgary, regardless of their income, to have access to competent psycho-therapy.
Mission: Insight provides affordable psychotherapy / counselling, and therapist training; promoting positive change in all aspects of an individual's personal and working lives.
We rely on your support, and ask that you consider sending us a donation in order to continue to provide quality, affordable service:
- 75% of clients are paying less than 1/3 the standard rate of therapy.
- Some clients pay as little as $2/session - your donation of $1,176 can provide 3 months of regular counselling or therapy.
- A monthly donation of $35 ($350/year) would support a person to attend a monthly group therapy session.
- A donation of $220 would assist an individual to recieve grounding education for personal change.
